Since 1996 she has been the Director of the Hispanic Choir of Saint Paul Catholic Church. Blanca began to prepare and organize several local music conferences for the Diocese of Saint Petersburg starting in
Ella 2001. ella She has been an active member of the Association of Hispanic Pastoral Musicians (AMPHE) since 2010 when she was named local Coordinator of the event. She excelled in such a capacity that she later held the title of National AMPHE Events Coordinator. In addition to providing services related to being the National Coordinator, Blanca also provided marketing services for AMPHE. She is happily married to her husband Israel and has been blessed with two children and four grandchildren.
