He is coordinator of Hispanic and Multicultural Liturgical Music at St. Mary Parish in Norwich CT. Arcángel serves as Psalmist, Cantor, Catechist and Leader of the Ministry of Liturgical Environment. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Arcángel is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Hispanic Pastoral Musicians (AMPHE) and works in the areas of communications and social media. Arcangel is the Principal Digital Business Technician at AMPHE, which uses technology as an advantage in internal and external operations.
