About us?

The “Association of Hispanic Pastoral Musicians of the United States” (AMPHE) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2004 and aims to evangelize through music, promoting and fostering unity and identity among our Hispanic Catholic musicians in the United States, reaffirming our vocation as authentic pastoral ministers in the ministry of Hispanic liturgical music. Our association's mission is to develop and promote liturgical, spiritual, musical, and cultural training programs per the recommendations of the USCCB and the Catholic Church that help strengthen, train, and integrate pastoral musicians in the Church of the United States. We remember with admiration the people who have shaped our lives. AMPHE respects human dignity and its different cultures, ages, social classes, and generations. AMPHE is committed to providing an environment that is inclusive, welcoming, and free of discrimination. AMPHE empowers others to become leaders and ambassadors for future generations.
